We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality standards and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
• Handling administrative tasks of the restaurant
• Managing daily Front of the House operations from opening until closing
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints to maintain customer satisfaction level high
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of products and equipment
• Conduct inventory for product availability, and requisite products as necessary
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Supervise, examine and evaluate staff
• Lead Service team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel and taking disciplinary actions when needed.
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Create detailed reports on daily, weekly, monthly operational procedure
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

Requirements
• Candidate should be available in Bahrain.
• Proven work experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager for more than 2 years or Supervisor for 5 years.
• Should have hands on knowledge of caterings.
• Extensive F&B knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like MICROS, POPs
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Degree in hospitality management is a must.
