Data management: You will precisely enter payments and modifications that you receive via Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) into our billing system.
Accuracy and Integrity: You will carefully balance accounts, making sure that all payments correspond to the claims that go with them and that any discrepancies are quickly found and looked into.
Solving problems: You'll play a significant role in the group that settles payment disputes and collaborates with internal departments to deal with underpayments and denials.
Documentation and Reporting: In order to contribute to an understandable and auditable financial trail, you will keep thorough and well-organised records of every payment activity.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
