Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA (HR Preferred)

Salary: 35,000 – 50,000 per month (Based on experience)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

• Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate selection process.

• Handle bulk hiring for shop floor and technical roles.

• Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.

• Collaborate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies during hiring.

• Build strong talent pipelines for future needs.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes.

• Good understanding of manufacturing/industrial hiring.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Hands-on experience with job portals and ATS.

• Ability to handle high-volume hiring independently.
