In addition to being proficient communicators, AR analysts must be analytical problem solvers with the ability to predict revenue, identify systemic payment bottlenecks, and execute process enhancements. Our goal is to be at the forefront of this, guaranteeing the financial stability of our clients by resolving claims in a timely, transparent, and data-driven manner.

What you will do:

It will be your duty to thoroughly examine the accounts receivable ageing report. You will be required to identify and appeal denied claims, conduct focused follow-up on unpaid or denied claims using payer portals and phone, and analyse denial trends to determine the underlying reasons. Create thorough reports on AR performance, suggest operational enhancements to lower future denials, and guarantee maximum reimbursement in accordance with payer contracts, among other duties. To speed up payments and maximise the revenue cycle, your excellent analytical abilities, perseverance, and in-depth understanding of insurance claim timelines will be crucial.
