Job Description
Who You Are:
Precision measuring tools, such as CMMs, gauges, callipers, and micrometres, will be used to carry out specified inspection and testing operations on incoming, in-process, and finished products.
Management of Non-Conformance: You will quickly find, record, and quarantine any non-conforming products or materials, starting the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) procedure and monitoring remedial measures.
Control over Documentation: You are in charge of precisely keeping track of all QC records, inspection logs, test findings, and paperwork related to the final product release.
Calibration Management: You will oversee the calibration program for all M&TE (inspection, measuring, and test equipment), making sure that all instruments are precise and adhere to regulations.
Process Feedback: In close collaboration with the production and maintenance teams, you will promptly convey quality issues and supply the information required to assist identify and remove flaws at their source.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
