Role Summary:

As a BMS Operator, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and monitoring of the Building Management System (BMS), which controls and manages critical building services such as HVAC, fire alarms, electrical systems, and lighting. The role demands real-time monitoring, fault response, coordination with technicians, and maintaining accurate operational logs.

Key Duties:

• Monitor BMS systems for performance and alarms

• Respond immediately to system faults and escalate when necessary

• Maintain daily operational reports and system records

• Support preventive maintenance routines

• Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams

• Ensure all systems are compliant with safety protocols

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, EEE, or related fields

• Experience: 1 to 2 years experience

• Skills: System monitoring, basic troubleshooting, teamwork, technical awareness

• Location: Chennai

• Salary: 15k to 25k per month (based on experience)
