Key Responsibilities:

*Lead the proposal development process, including bid reviews, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
*Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
*Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
*Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build relationships and promote company services.
*Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities, pipeline status, and market trends.

Qualifications:

*Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related role within the real estate, interior design, or consultancy industries.
*Strong understanding of the real estate market, design trends, and client needs.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Preferred Qualifications:

*Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
*Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
*Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of real estate and design industries.
