Job Description:

We are hiring a Tool Room Engineer to oversee the design, development, maintenance, and management of tools, dies, and fixtures used in manufacturing processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring tool efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery, while working closely with production teams to support operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain tools, jigs, fixtures, and dies used in manufacturing.

Analyze tool failures and implement corrective actions to improve performance.

Support production teams by providing technical assistance and troubleshooting.

Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of tools and equipment.

Ensure tool designs meet safety, quality, and operational requirements.

Maintain tool inventory and manage procurement of tool components.

Job Location: Chennai

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Tool & Die Engineering or relevant field.

Salary: Above 22k per month
