Salary Range: 350 - 450 BD
Experience: 2-3 years in civil projects (Gulf/Bahrain)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Civil Supervisor to join our team. The candidate should have experience in civil construction projects and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction site operations.
- Supervise subcontractors and laborers.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and report progress.
- Work with project managers to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in civil projects in the Gulf/Bahrain.
- Knowledge of construction methods and regulations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
