In order to accomplish high volume and zero-defect output, the role of the CNC Operator is being transformed into a crucial technical role that calls for not just machine operation but also programming interpretation, quality assurance, and real-time process optimisation.

Desired Outcomes:

CNC milling and/or turning machine setup, operation, and maintenance will fall under your purview. Your proficiency in deciphering intricate engineering designs, correctly loading tools and work offsets, and reading and altering G-code and M-code will be essential. In order to maximise machine efficiency and cut down on cycle times, you will work with programmers and engineers to conduct regular in-process quality checks utilising precision measurement tools (such as callipers and micrometres). Our manufacturing productivity and product quality will be directly impacted by your accuracy and attentiveness.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
