We are looking for a motivated Banking Telecalling Executive to join our customer engagement team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote banking products and services such as loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and investment plans. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, answer customer queries, and resolve concerns with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to explain financial products in simple terms. Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred, though freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply. A basic understanding of banking operations and products, along with computer literacy, is essential.
