We are a leading provider of document clearance services in Bahrain, seeking an experienced Document Clearance Officer to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Clearance Officer with practical experience in handling various services, including LMRA, NPRA, GDNPR, CIO, SIO, BCCI, Traffic, MOL, MOH, MOICT, Embassy, and Municipality services.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit documents for clearance with various government agencies, including LMRA, NPRA, GDNPR, CIO, SIO, BCCI, Traffic, MOL, MOH, MOICT, Embassy, and Municipality.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Coordinate with government agencies, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Verify and validate documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate records and files of all clearance documents.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and procedures.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in document clearance, preferably in Bahrain.
- Practical experience in handling LMRA, NPRA, GDNPR, CIO, SIO, BCCI, Traffic, MOL, MOH, MOICT, Embassy, and Municipality services.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
