Ensure Timely Payroll – Payroll Executive Needed

Job Description:

Supporting end-to-end payroll processing and administration

Demonstrated experience in Handling Manual Payroll.

computation and verification of employees' salaries, benefits, and deductions in line with company procedures, employment agreements, and law requirements

Payroll Attendance Management activity for the staff

working closely with the HR and Finance teams to share relevant payroll information and handle payroll-related issues

Good understanding of salary components and structure.

Should be aware of Leave encashment / OT Calculation.

Compliance & Statutory Hands-on (e.g. PF / Gratuity)

Should be capable of managing team and manage payroll alone

Assisting the implementation and integration of new payroll systems or upgrades

Proficient in MS Office Skills [Advanced Excel]

Location: Chennai

Qualification: B.com, M.com

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Salary: 27k to 50k per month
