Experienced CAD Draughtsman Required

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Civil and MEP draughtsman required for a reputed Consultancy firm.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, and work with Site Engineers.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CAD Draughtsman, with a focus on villa, Multistorey & infrastructure projects in the GCC.
• Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD, Revit with the ability to produce accurate and detailed drawings efficiently and Plans.
• Strong understanding of detailed design principles, construction methods, and building regulations in the GCC.
• Utilize CAD software (such as AutoCAD) to create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts for interior fit-out projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Prepare comprehensive drawing sets and documentation packages, including schedules, specifications, and material lists, to support the interior fit-out construction process.
• Maintain consistency and adherence to established drafting standards, templates, and best practices in all CAD drawings and documentation.
• Proficient in creating architectural renderings in 3D or according to client specifications will be an advantage.
• Collaborate with architects, structural designers, and other project team members to understand design requirements, spatial layouts, and material specifications for the projects.
• Candidates who are locally available in Bahrain locally will be considered only.
• Must be able to join within 1 month once selected.
