Job Description:

We are hiring for a Hindi Voice Process role in customer support. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product or service-related queries in Hindi.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls in Hindi and provide required support

• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally

• Record call details and update CRM system

• Maintain polite and helpful communication

• Meet daily call targets and service quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• 10th / 12th / Any Graduate

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English/basic regional language is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Must be willing to work in rotational/day shifts

Preferred Skills:

• Fluency in Hindi (clear and polite communication)

• Prior experience in BPO/Call Center (optional)
