Human Resources Functions
Employee Retention, Satisfaction, Recruitment, and Orientation:
Complete understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring authorities, salary negotiations, and follow-up until closure for BOWML and its sister companies
Perform reference checks and background checks for all potential candidates.
Handle joining formalities and orientation for new employees.
MIS Activities:
Track recruitment activities, employee database, new joinings, offers made, etc
Location: chennai
