What you will do:

Employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and talent acquisition are just a few of the many HR-related tasks you will be in charge of. In addition, you will be responsible for managing pay and benefits, making sure labour laws are followed, and helping to create and carry out HR policies. Building a healthy and equitable work environment will require your judgement, strong interpersonal skills, and capacity to handle sensitive material.
