I am seeking career change and with experence and confidence i would like to apply for Camp Leader/Camp supervisor.
My first preference is UAE as i am aware of sonapur,Alquoz,jabel ali,sajja camps but willing to work in otber gulf countries

I have 18 yrs work exp including 5 yrs UAE exp in different field but this time i have made up my mind to become camp leader this is after watching my friend works as camp boss at sonapur.
if he can do it so can i.
i have qualification amd leadership qualities.
I want you managers to give opportunity to me.

I can perform duties,

Facility Management: I can be responsible for managing the overall operation of the offshore accommodation facility. This includes supervising the housekeeping staff, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring that all facilities are properly maintained and in good working order.

Staff Management: I can take charge of overseeing the camp personnel, including housekeeping staff, cooks, janitors, and other support staff. The Camp Boss is responsible for training, and scheduling of the staff members, as well as addressing any disciplinary issues or conflicts that may arise.

Catering and Food Services: I shall Ensure that high-quality meals are prepared and served in a timely manner is another important aspect of the job. My work is closely with the catering team to plan menus, manage inventory and supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Health and Safety: i can play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment. This involves conducting regular safety inspections, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring that all personnel are trained in emergency procedures and first aid.

Budgeting and Inventory Control: Coming from a MBA i can manage the camp's budget and resources is an important aspect of the job. The camp boss may be responsible for tracking expenses, controlling costs, and managing inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available.

Administrative Duties: as an allrounder i can also handle various administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating logistics for personnel transfers or rotations.
