*Urgent Requirement for the position IT Automation Specialist*

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Automation.

Job Description

• Analyze existing IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and maintain automated systems to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues that arise.
• Work closely with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide automated solutions that meet their requirements.
• Ensure that all automated systems are secure, compliant with company policies, and adhere to best practices for data protection and IT governance.
• Lead and manage IT projects related to system automation, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct regular reviews of automated systems to identify opportunities for further improvement and optimization.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, service providers, and regulatory bodies.
