Job Description :

We are hiring a BMS Operator for a facility in Chennai. Candidates must have an ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation with 1–3 years of experience in Building Management Systems. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a salary of 13,000–18,000 per month with ESI, PF, and overtime benefits. Candidates should have skills in operating and monitoring BMS systems, HVAC, fire alarm, and lighting controls through the control panel. Responsibilities include monitoring system alarms, taking corrective action, coordinating with maintenance teams, and maintaining daily logs. Basic computer skills and understanding of building automation are required. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
