Key Responsibilities:

Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies

Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding support

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases

Build relationships with candidates and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring

Location: Chennai

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Qualification: MBA

Salary: Above 19k per month
