Job Description
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
What You will do:
Quality Planning & Control: Create, carry out, and uphold thorough quality plans, protocols, and inspection procedures for every phase of production, from raw materials to finished goods.
Inspection & Measurement: Use a range of precision measuring tools and instruments to supervise and carry out inspections on materials and products.
Root Cause Analysis: Oversee investigations into customer complaints and quality concerns, use quality tools to pinpoint the underlying causes and carry out efficient remedial and preventive measures (CAPA).
Reporting and Documentation: Produce and keep thorough quality logs, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs). Create data pertaining to quality and report important results to management.
Process Improvement: Using techniques like Lean and Six Sigma, collaborate closely with the engineering and production teams to find and fix process variances, lower defects, and promote continuous improvement projects.
