Designing and implementing effective press manufacturing procedures, such as die selection, material flow, and cycle time reduction, will help you increase productivity and decrease waste.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: You will be the go-to specialist for identifying and fixing intricate problems pertaining to press operations, tooling, and quality, guaranteeing prompt and efficient fixes.
Ensuring that all pressed components adhere to stringent dimensions and material criteria requires you to put quality control procedures into place and keep an eye on them.
Tooling Management: Working with technical teams to guarantee lifetime and peak performance, you will supervise the design and maintenance of press dies and tooling.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
