Maintain high-level of food quality and taste as per the standards.
Ensure that FIFO, stock order plan and inventories is well maintained
Assist the Kitchen Supervisor for staff schedule and kitchen cleaning schedule.
Ensure the kitchen is run in the same professional manner as the standards of 3
lines.
Ensure daily communication and with relevant departments.
To be flexible with duty hours and willing to help the outlet during busy hours as
required.
Collaborate with the assigned duty supervisor, to review the requirement for the
outlet kitchen.
Taking part in ordering and cost control to avoid production and unnecessary food
wastage.
Practice at all times HACCP and onboard sanitation and hygiene standards in
compliance with 3 lines stands.
Operate all the equipment’s according to company standards operating procedure.
