A well reputed company in Bahrain looking for Logistics Supervisor


Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and manage logistics Drivers and daily operations.
-Coordinate transportation schedules, routes, and shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor and optimize logistics processes, identifying areas for improvement.
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
-Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics metrics.
-Develop and enforce safety and compliance standards.
-Resolve issues and address customer inquiries related to logistics services.
-Data entry and documentation of orders and driver expenses.

Qualifications:
-Degree or Certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
-Proven experience in logistics or transportation management (3+ years).
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Proficient in logistics software ( ERP ), GPS Tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities through our the 24-hr day.
- Preferred from India for ease of communication with drivers
