Job Description:

We are hiring AR Callers, Senior AR Callers, and Executive ARs to join our medical billing team. The role involves interacting with insurance companies to resolve claims, ensuring timely collections, and minimizing denials. Candidates with prior experience in AR calling/medical billing are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims.

Analyze and resolve denials, underpayments, and escalated claims.

Ensure accurate documentation of calls and claim statuses.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve claim resolution and collections.

Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.

Adhere to HIPAA compliance and company guidelines.

For Senior AR Caller: Handle complex claims and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills:

Strong Knowledge of CMS 1500/ UB-04 forms (Preferred)

Experience in Physician Billing (PB)/ Hospital Billing(HB)

Hands-on Expertise in Denial Management

Notice Period: Immediate joiners/ up to 7 days preferred
