Job Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to join our U.S. healthcare team as AR Calling Executives. In this role, you will contact insurance companies to follow up on pending claims, resolve denials, and ensure accurate and timely collection of payments for medical services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call insurance providers to follow up on outstanding claims

• Understand and analyze insurance denials or rejections

• Work on claim corrections and resubmissions

• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets

• Maintain proper documentation of calls and actions taken

Location: Chennai

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma Fluency in English is essential

Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Freshers can apply)

Salary: above 15k per month

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills (spoken English)

• Basic understanding of U.S. healthcare

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines

• Good typing and computer skills
