Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India
Qualification: B.Tech – Civil
Experience: 8 - 15 Years
JD:-
• Preparing & updating construction schedule in PRIMAVERA/ASTA/MSP
• Preparing MIS Reports, Monthly Cost Forecast Statement and P&L Statement
• Monthly Project Tracking & Review the progress against planned with Project In-charge
• Planning & Detail design discussions with system formwork vendors & Finalization
• Estimation of manpower requirement for the project based on standard productivity norms for different activities in civil structural, finishing, steel structure & piping works
• Design & Drawing co-ordination with design team & BOQ co-ordination with C&B team for vendor onboarding and proceeding construction activities
• Candidate must have experience in building projects (Commercial Building).
• Candidate should have hands-on experience in PRIMAVERA.
