Baseline Schedules and resource management

Review baseline schedules and progress from subcontractors
Manpower Histogram, S-Curve, Progress Tracking and Monitoring.
Daily, Weekly and monthly progress reports
Look ahead plans
Recovery and revised schedules



I am proficient in planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Office. My skill set includes strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
