Your Contribution:

Assigning Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) codes based on medical documentation and conducting audits will be your primary responsibilities. The correctness and completeness of all coded data will be greatly dependent on your painstaking attention to detail and thorough understanding of ICD-10-CM coding requirements. You will have a direct impact on our revenue cycle and help create a more data-driven healthcare system by proactively identifying coding opportunities, giving physicians feedback on documentation improvement (CDI), and preserving the integrity of patient information.

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

Salary: Based on Company Norms

Education: Lifescience Graduation Only

Location: In And Around Chennai
