Job Description
Your Contribution:
Process Optimization & Efficiency: Designing, implementing, and refining manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput, applying principles like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Operational Excellence: Monitoring production performance, analyzing data, and identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement, then developing and executing solutions to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
Quality Assurance Integration: Collaborating with QC and R&D teams to implement in-process quality controls, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure that manufactured products consistently meet design specifications and quality standards.
NPI Support: Working closely with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products, facilitating smooth transitions from design to full-scale production.
Technology & Automation Implementation: Researching, evaluating, and integrating new technologies, machinery, and automation solutions to enhance production capabilities and drive innovation on the shop floor.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
