You will collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues, manage resources effectively, and meet production targets. Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of lean manufacturing practices, and the ability to work under deadlines are essential. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but fresh engineering graduates with the right skills are welcome to apply.
