Job Description:

A Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery and equipment on the production floor to manufacture products according to quality and safety standards. They monitor the production process, perform routine maintenance on machines, and ensure efficient workflow to meet daily production targets. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime. Production Operators work closely with supervisors and team members to maintain product quality and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures.

Ensure the production process runs smoothly and meets daily output targets.

Conduct quality checks to maintain product standards and report any defects.

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve production efficiency.

Record production data accurately and report any issues to the management.

Assist in training new operators as needed.
