Your Contribution:
Leading and inspiring the production team, overseeing the daily workflow to achieve output goals, and making prompt decisions to address operational problems will all fall within your direct purview.
Enforcing safety protocols, upholding stringent quality control (QC) inspections, and accurately recording shift reports on production metrics and deviations will all depend on your experience.
You will have a direct impact on our overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and plant productivity by maintaining continuity and fixing urgent issues.
Experience: 3+ yrs
