Site QA QC Engineer Turning Standards into Perfection
Job Description
Who You Are:
Inspection & Testing: You will perform and document inspections on materials, fabrication work, installation, and testing activities on-site, using standard industry procedures.
Quality Documentation Control: You'll be responsible for the meticulous preparation, review, and control of all project quality documentation, including ITPs, material certifications, welding records, and final Quality Dossiers.
Non-Conformance Management: You will raise NCRs, track the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and ensure all deviations are resolved prior to final handover.
Compliance & Auditing: You will conduct internal site audits to ensure adherence to our QMS and contractual quality requirements, acting as the primary point of contact for client quality inspectors and third-party agencies.
Welding & NDT: You'll specifically monitor welding procedures, welder qualifications, and coordinate NDT activities to ensure structural integrity meets code requirements.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
