Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible Shift Incharge to oversee and manage production activities during assigned shifts. The role involves supervising operators, monitoring machines, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards. The Shift Incharge will also coordinate with the production manager, allocate tasks to team members, and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed. Candidates should have good leadership skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to handle manpower effectively.
