The ideal applicant will have demonstrated experience in an HR administrative or generalist capacity, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as a high level of discretion and confidentiality, are essential. It's also crucial to understand local labour laws and be proficient with HRIS software.

Experience: 4 to 7 yrs

Salary: From 40K per month and is Negotiable

Location: Chennai
