Tele Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Marketing Executive to join our Riyadh team. The ideal candidate must be of Arabic nationality and female, with excellent communication skills in Arabic and English. The candidate should have 2-7 years of experience in telemarketing or related fields.

Responsibilities:

>Conduct outbound calls to potential clints to promote our products or services.
>Handle inbound calls and inquiries from customers, providing information and assistance as needed.
>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
>Identify and qualify leads, ensuring a high conversion rate.
>Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
>Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
>Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and maximize results.
>Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
>Provide feedback to management regarding clients' needs and preferences.
>Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

>Arabic nationality and female candidates only.
>Bachelor's degree preferred.
>Proven experience as a Tele Marketing Executive or similar role for 2-7 years.
>Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

>Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
