Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate Building Management System (BMS)
Control HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and electrical systems
Respond to alarms and faults in real-time
Coordinate with maintenance teams for troubleshooting
Maintain daily logs and system reports
Ensure energy efficiency and safety compliance
Working Hours:
Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
Salary:
15k to 25k per month (based on experience)
