What You will do:

Welding Operations: Perform TIG welding on a variety of materials including but not limited to stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys, following engineering blueprints and welding specifications.

Blueprint Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, and production work orders to determine the correct welding processes and dimensions.

Material Preparation: Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, and fitting components to ensure a perfect fit and a strong, clean weld.

Quality Assurance: Inspect finished welds for defects such as cracks, porosity, and spatter, using visual inspection and other quality control methods. Ensure all welds meet company and industry quality standards.

Machine & Equipment Maintenance: Set up, calibrate, and maintain welding equipment and tools. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Safety Adherence: Strictly follow all company safety procedures, use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain a safe and clean work area.
