Rapid prototyping and intricate 5-axis geometries will characterise precision production in the future, necessitating a complete understanding of CNC programming. We are creating a process that maximises material savings and establishes new benchmarks for part quality through smooth, high-tolerance production driven by sophisticated VMC programming.

Key Responsibilities:

You will independently manage the entire VMC programming and optimization lifecycle. You'll be the sole owner of specific high-value part programs, meticulously creating and modifying CAM paths, generating G-code/M-code, and simulating programs to ensure crash-free, efficient machining. Your ability to reduce cycle times, optimize tool life, and ensure sub-micron accuracy will have a direct and tangible impact on our profitability and product quality.

Experience: 3+ yrs
