We Are Hiring For Head – Quality Management System (QMS)

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced and results-driven QMS Head to lead and manage our Quality Management System in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of QMS processes to ensure product and process compliance with national and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other applicable quality systems

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of QMS across departments

• Train and mentor quality staff and ensure cross-functional QMS awareness

• Handle customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction through process enhancements

Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar QMS standards

• Strong experience in audit planning, execution, and documentation

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, lean tools, and quality control systems

• Strong documentation and analytical skills

Qualification:

• BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field

• Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001 / IATF preferred

• Additional certifications in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing are a plus

Working Days:

• 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

• Timings: As per company policy (Full-time, Day Shift)
