Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Shift Incharge to oversee and manage daily operations during assigned shifts in our production facility. The role involves supervising staff, monitoring workflows, ensuring quality standards, and meeting production targets. The Shift Incharge will be responsible for coordinating between departments, resolving operational issues, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position requires strong leadership, decision-making skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations while ensuring smooth shift operations. Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing or production supervision will be preferred.

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
