Job Description
Who You Are:
Leadership and Development of the Team: You will oversee, guide, and plan the daily tasks of the maintenance crew while promoting a culture of technical excellence, safety, and ongoing development.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM): Manage the creation and implementation of strong PM plans and use PdM technology data to anticipate and prevent possible equipment failures.
Eliminating downtime by diagnosing and fixing complicated mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on industrial machines requires you to offer professional technical advice.
Management of Budget and Inventory: You are in charge of overseeing the maintenance budget, making the most of the spare parts stock, and regulating expenses associated with maintenance procedures and service agreements.
Regulatory compliance standards and company safety rules, such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, shall be closely followed by all maintenance operations.
Experience: 2 to 4 yrs
