Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of prior authorization cases to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Identify errors, provide feedback, and drive corrective action plans.

• Track team performance against quality metrics and SLAs.

• Prepare quality reports and share insights with leadership.

• Collaborate with operations to enhance training and process adherence.

Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of prior authorization processes and US healthcare standards.

• Strong analytical, auditing, and reporting skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.

• Experience in quality frameworks and process improvement.
